Yes. All products listed are 100% genuine, sourced from authorised UK distributors or manufacturers. Stock levels are updated regularly. If a product is out of stock, it will be marked clearly on the website.

❓ Do you offer trade discounts?

Shipping & Delivery

❓ How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery is typically 1–4 working days. Express and next-day delivery options are available at checkout.

❓ What are your delivery charges?

We offer free delivery on orders over £85 (inc. VAT). Orders under this value will have a flat-rate shipping fee based on weight and location, shown at checkout.

❓ Do you deliver outside the UK?

At present, we only deliver within the UK mainland. For large orders or pallet shipments, contact us for a custom quote.


Returns & Refunds

❓ What is your returns policy?

You can return unused items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Products must be in original packaging and resalable condition. See our Returns Policy for full details.

❓ How do I return an item?

Shipping

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
