Very good service from ACAS for ordering and delivery. I already had the original base in place from the old smoke alarm and when I got round to installing the new one, it was easier than I thought!
Can’t rate ‘product’ as I haven’t installed them yet. But I’ve got what I ordered and service was faultless. Prompt and efficient. These alarms have a ten year life and I couldn’t find any reference to what the expiry date was when ordering, so just hoped for the best. On arrival both alarms are good for ten years plus 5 months, so very happily with better than expected/hoped for products.

The screw in the switch was for a flathead driver and wasn’t fully straight. It was also jammed in the switch so I couldn’t use it and had to swap it out from the good switch (of 2) I was replacing.
fast delivery and fire, heat and carbon monoxide alarms all work as expected.
Bought Carbon monoxide alarm, smoke and heat alarm, delivery was fast and all three alarm was fixed with no problem.
Item arrived as described and was compatible with the previous model as stated in the description notes. Fitted directly onto the existing mounting plate

Purchased the Aico EI3024 on 1St July and was expecting it to arrive in 8 July 2026 per the email communication. I later received an updated email on 4th July advising the delivery will arrive today, which it did at 10pm! Amazing service. My electrician recommended the Aico brand and advised me to purchase them as his wholesaler could not match or beat the prices from ACAS Electrical. I also did some searching and ACAS is unbeatable for the price. Overall very happy with ACAS and the delivery. My electrician is due on Monday and can start to fit the unit.
