A now obsolete Residual Current Breaker with Over-Current from the Hager range of circuit protection. An RCBO combines the functionality of both an MCB and RCD to protect against faults. Being a B Curve device means it will trip between 3 to 5 times the full load current. This is the Hager ADB125 25 Amp Type B Single Pole 10kA 230V RCBO.
